Tuition for each quarter is non-refundable after the first class day of that quarter.
Tuition rates may be prorated for students starting after a quarter has already begun.

For New Families:
Application fee: $150 (per family, non-refundable)
Tuition deposit: $500 (per student)

For Returning Families (including additional students):
Registration fee: $100 (per family, non-refundable)
Tuition deposit: $500 (per family)

In addition to tuition, there is an annual School Fee (per student) which is assessed to pay for classroom activities. In the event of special projects or unexpected expenses, students may be asked to provide additional supplies or pay supplementary fees. This fee is non-refundable after the first day of school.

$150 per student (all grades)

1. Payment in Full: Payment is due (date coming soon).  A $100 discount will be applied if paid by (date coming soon). Billing account set up is required for sports, lunches, etc and will incur a one time $40 fee for the year.

2. Installments: Tuition that has not been pre-paid in full must be paid by monthly automatic withdrawal via TADS.  Payments must begin in (date coming soon) and tuition must be paid in full by the following (date coming soon). This option requires a one-time $55 handling fee paid to TADS.

1. Registered member of Holy Family Church or your local parish, and
2. Regular Sunday Mass attendance at Holy Family Church or your local parish, and
3. Appropriate and verifiable stewardship to Holy Family Church or your local parish, and
4. Participation in Holy Family Academy’s activities & fundraising efforts

Multi-Student Discount: Families enrolling multiple students, the family will receive an automatic discount deducted from their total tuition bill:

• $650 discount for 2 students
• $1,950 discount for 3 students
• $3,900 discount for 4 students
• $6,500 discount for 5 students

Catholic High School Credit: Every family with a student in a Catholic high school recognized by the Archdiocese will receive an HFA tuition credit of $250 per high school student, with a maximum credit of $1000 per family. We hope this encourages you to continue to choose a Catholic education for your children, even after they graduate from Holy Family Academy. 

Fundraising income allows Holy Family Academy to charge less for tuition than the actual cost per student as well as provide financial aid for those who otherwise couldn’t afford to attend. Our operational budget depends on all families participating in the school’s fundraising activities. This is the only way that we can mitigate the rising cost of education.

All families are expected to raise a minimum of $650 through one of our fundraising events or activities. Some families may wish to make an appropriate financial contribution instead. Failure to actively participate will be taken into consideration when reviewing financial aid applications.

If your local school district reimburses you for transportation, our accounting office will process the reimbursement and issue a check to you. If you are not current on tuition payments, this amount may be applied to your outstanding balance.

We are incredibly blessed with our Montessori-based Pre-K program. We have simplified the options for next year: full-day classes for three days or five days. Some parents may still wish for a half-day only. If so, you are welcome to shorten your child’s school day according to that child’s particular needs.
